Classical Recs

Hey, I'm new to the site and I've been looking to get into classical music but have no idea where to start. Literally, no idea, so I was hoping you could help me out. I'm looking for something epic and emotional, maybe similar to post-rock? List is examples.
1 Sigur Ros
( )

Untitled #3
2Yndi Halda
Enjoy Eternal Bliss

Dash and Blast. Or pretty much any of their beautiful string climaxes. The ending to Illuminate My Heart, My Darling! is a great example too.
3Circle Takes The Square
As the Roots Undo

Non-Objective Portrait of Karma. One of my favorite songs of all time, although from what I've gathered this band is somewhat controversial around here, haha. Not gonna lie, I'm sort of a fanboy.
4Isis
Oceanic

Carry
5The Black Dahlia Murder
Miasma

Miasma (I know this is nowhere near post-rock or even post-metal, much less classical, but it always gave off a sort of classical vibe to me, so whatever.)
