02.22.11 | "3. Why would they release a double vinyl album for 8 songs or 38 minutes worth of music."
A 10' vinyl will only hold about 4 songs, 2 on each side
"4. The file was named "TKOL1", which leads you to think there might be a "TKOL2""
Yeah, it's called the physical release
Fuckin' basement conspiracy buffs |

02.22.11 | there will be 2, not 1, 10 inch records. if your reasoning holds, then there would be at least another 8 songs. And the label TKOL1 is labeled that because of what it is, a digital file, how would the physical record be labeled TKOL2 if its not a digital recorded file. |

Who the fuck taught you math? 1 vinyl holds 4, 2 on each side. 2 vinyls in the release, 4x2 = 8

Am I in the band no? Are you? Probably not. Am I speculating? Yes, and so is the crazy guy in the blog |

02.22.11 | Also the vinyl release will still be on a comp somewhere, waiting to be transferred. The band could've just put 1 to distinguish it, because the second file (the vinyl release) could be in a completely different format |

02.22.11 | i didn't realize a 10 inch held only 2 on a side. aside from that, you're right, it's all speculation, but i'm optimistic that more is to come. The pieces fit. Like the blog said, they purported an unconventional and revolutionary release for this album, and at their shortest LP to date, and nothing too special about this method of release so far, I suspect more to come. |

02.22.11 | 600 pieces of artwork is pretty special |

02.22.11 | lol and unnecessary and retarded. i can't imagine Thom Yorke passing out hundreds of little stickers to us in lieu of a long album after 3 years, and feeling that is satisfactory. |
Uranium
02.22.11 | The interview where Thom talks about their idea for them to release music is very interesting. He didn't tell because someone would copy it. What is this strategy? |
HallucinogeNick
02.22.11 | yeah, we won't know for sure probably until early May when physicals are shipped. |

02.22.11 | Lol physicals |

02.22.11 | lol yeah i hesitated a bit with that word. |

02.22.11 | I have Kid A on two 10" records. Basing any speculation about more songs off of the fact that the
release for The King of Limbs is so retarded, it shouldn't even be allowed on the internet.
Whether there are more tracks or not, I'm content with the album. But the real moral of the story is
that Thom Yorke is a fucking genius. Look at how much we're talking about this. At this point, who
cares if it's true? |
Piglet
02.22.11 | The idea of adding more songs later on to The King of Limbs isn't far fetched.
