I'd throw in Cypress Hill's "Black Sunday" for the west Kanye's "College Dropout" for midwest not a huge fan of the south but at least you have "The Diary" and the most glaring omission is Beastie's "Paul's Boutique" for east but this is a great list

BigHans 02.04.11	Yeah the Hip Hop explosion of the 90's pretty much started on the West Coast with OG Original Gangsta, The Chronic and Doggystyle in 91-93, then East went nuts in late 93-94/95 and took over, and this was right around the time the South started rising too. Meanwhile, West fell off a little with the demise of Death Row Records.
