Oceans 09.09.10	I used to be a song person but i decided to just start buying full albums, and its a lot better that way because you realize you like songs you might not have ever listened to.

I've been collecting since i was about 15 so i've been an album person for a long time tbh (just over 10 years since my old ass is 25 wow that is scary! :-s)

Masochist 09.09.10	I've become a lot more of an albums person since 2008, but I think I'm still more a songs person. I have a lot of playlists that convey feelings and group certain songs together (for example: soft songs, songs good for driving at night, songs that remind me of a clear day, songs that are excellent while playing racing games, etc.). And I also have my playlist of all my favorite songs (660 songs and counting), and I listen to that when I can't decide on what album to listen to. So yeah...my Last.fm shows that I've been listening to solid albums quite a bit, but if I'm honest with myself, I'm definitely a songs person.

Locrian 09.09.10	Mostly, I prefer whole albums. Unless an album is terribly inconsistent, or all the songs sound the same (and there are quite a few examples of both), I'm eventually going to like an album if I like one or two songs from it.

MoosechriS 09.09.10	@ Maniac! - Although Still Life is possibly my fave album i've bought so far this year it's quickly becoming tied with Watain. I've only got round to listening to Lawless Darkness at last a few days ago, and it is awesome! It's like Sworn to the Dark turned up to 11 along with better songwriting and more epic scope than anything i've ever heard by them before. So for the moment Still Life is my number 1 for the year but it may change pretty soon tbh.

bloc 09.09.10	I'll always listen to a full album and then delete the songs I did not like, so I guess I'm a song person.
Hawks 09.09.10	Definitely albums. I used to be able to listen to songs, but now it has to be the whole album.

crazyblinddude 09.09.10	I listen to albums because that is the way artists intended the music to be listened. And if you have a deep apprecation for music you will most likely agree with that.
DiceMan 09.09.10	If I'm passively listening it tends to be albums more, but if I'm traveling somewhere and all my attention is on the music, usually I throw on a playlist or just flip to whatever I'm feeling at the moment.
