Masochist: Loved And Forgotten

Masochist 08.31.10	I made this list to remind myself of the albums that this site can sometimes make me forget that I love. A lot of times as I surf this site, I'll see Porcupine Tree or Iron Maiden or Raekwon in a list, and I'll want to listen to those artists, and end up forgetting how awesome these albums really are. So really, this list is a reminder to myself (and a suggestion to everyone who hasn't quite learned it yet) that I use this site only to EXPAND my music tastes, not to DICTATE them.
Masochist 08.31.10	Last time I listened to any of these albums all the way through (besides 'Tomorrow Come Today', which I'm listening to now) was 'Things Can Always Change', on the 1st of August.

AnotherBrick 08.31.10	i've noticed that to Maso. most the albums that i loved before coming on here, i just dont listen to anymore, mainly because i just forget about them. whenever i go back and listen to it, i love it

Masochist 08.31.10	Oh, I'm certain of that, as well. There are a couple that are actually on here BECAUSE of Sputnik...but I always seem to forget sometimes that I actually like them because I'm so busy worrying about new albums this year, or other albums by these bands that get much more recognition (for example, Mae's 'The Everglow' or DT's 'Metropolis, Pt. II'). Also...I'm going to remake that 'Time To Settle This' list once more time (not right now, but someday soon), just to see if I can get it to work properly.

THIEF 09.14.10	10, 15, and 22 are amazing. And 10 is quite popular with sputnik, it was on the staffs top 100 albums of the decade.
