Albums That Have Changed Me.

People will probably disagree, but these changed alot of things for me.
1John Mayer
Continuum

I love the lyrics on this album, "Gravity" is really special to me. My favorite of all time. Lots of soul, and love the lead guitar.
2Radiohead
OK Computer

The ideas about social disconnection & average normal life scared me. The textures in this record are perfect, every note is plucked and placed perfectly.
3Death Cab For Cutie
Transatlanticism

This is a very emotional record, i can't imagine them making a record better. The way the songs lead into each other is perfect.
4Brand New
The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me

Very raw and emotional. Brand New came a long way from their punk/pop debut.
5Incubus
Morning View

A lot different from their earlier records. A few heavy numbers, but totally relaxing and spacey for the most part.
6Coldplay
Parachutes

People hate Coldplay, but Parachutes is such a great album.
7The Smashing Pumpkins
Siamese Dream

Favorite album from 90's by far. Love the leads, and the guitar overdubbing is used so many times per track.
8Radiohead
The Bends

Not as accomplished as OK Computer, but one of the best albums ever made.
9Modest Mouse
Good News For People Who Love Bad News

Although a very quirky and challenging listen; Isaac Brocks lyrics on religion and death are very funny. Some of the songs are insanely catchy, some are are hard to listen to. But I love this album.
10Manchester Orchestra
I'm like a virgin losing a child

Nothing special or original about the band, but this album is great.
