| CCR Ranked! | 7 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Mardi Gras
John Fogerty sounds so unenthusiastic and Stu Cook sounds so boring, and Doug Clifford just sounds straight up terrible.
Best Song: "Sweet Hitch-Hiker"
Worst Song: "What Are You Gonna Do"
2/5 | 6 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Creedence Clearwater Revival
Their debut had a really cool psych element to it that the others didn't, but it's just not as catchy as the ones that came after it.
Best Song: "The Working Man"
Worst Song: "Get Down Woman"
3.5/5 | 5 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Pendulum
Actually a really underrated album with a ton of fantastic songs. "Have You Ever Seen the Rain?" is awesome, but it's not even the best on here honestly.
Best Song: "It's Just a Thought"
Worst Song: "Born to Move"
3.5/5 | 4 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Bayou Country
Creedence had 3 releases in 1969 and all have their classics, but this is less memorable than the other 2 honestly. The catchy guitar licks are still here though.
Best Song: "Born on the Bayou"
Worst Song: "Graveyard Train"
3.5/5 | 3 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Willy and the Poor Boys
There aren't any bad songs on here, and the best here makes up for some of the best tracks hard rock of the 1960s. A few middle of the road tracks are present here though...
Best Song: "Fortunate Son"
Worst Song: "The Midnight Special" (still not bad at all though)
4/5 | 2 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Cosmo's Factory
This is most people's favorites and I get why. It's catchy and full of talented jams. It has this pop sensibility to it, even more so than their other albums, and I get why it's seen as their magnum opus. Not my favorite of theirs though.
Best Song: "Run Through the Jungle"
Worst Song: "Ooby Dooby"
4.5/5 | 1 | | Creedence Clearwater Revival Green River
To me, this album not only has no bad songs, but is also so consistently catchy and fun that it gets caught in my head. It's also the CCR album I tend to listen to most. John Fogerty's guitar is so simple, yet so lovable.
Best Song: "Green River"
Worst Song: "Cross-Tie Walker" (still good)
