01.18.17 | I'm tired of getting pulled over for bs reasons but otherwise I'm cool. This pecan whisky I have is tasty. |
dmp3131
01.18.17 | Agreed about 1 & 7, but I think them being on this list makes that obvious. Still cool
I only had a few Millers, all my brother had in the fridge. There's some Pinnacle out on the porch but I don't feel like going down that road tonight
And yeah for sure gotta hail satan. Best way to go about things from what I've found |
TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | Don't drink other people's beer!! That's how you ruin a man's day coming back from work |
ZippaThaRippa
01.18.17 | If you're tired of getting pulled over, stop drinking pecan whiskey while you drive!
Also, is it that Canadian club shit? The one that comes in the little drawstring bags? Because yeah that shit is actually pretty bomb. Not gonna lie. Super sweet but veeeeeery drinkable. |
TheEnigma
01.18.17 | Could definitely go for a beer right now and fuck me it's only Tuesday |
BallsToTheWall
01.18.17 | I never drink and drive. I just get off work late. But pecan whiskey and basic new age piano driven post rock gets puts me in such a positive state. |

01.18.17 | "Don't drink other people's beer!! That's how you ruin a man's day coming back from work "
I always ask before I snag them haha. We usually share a case of 24 over a couple days
What's everyone's drink of choice? I gotta say I'm a Jack&Coke man myself. Simple, but effective. Not really about drinking anything neat, haven't acquired that taste yet. For beer I suppose I'd say Crabbie's Orange/Ginger or Angry Orchard or Ciderboys |
ZippaThaRippa
01.18.17 | Do you get pulled over every night or something? |
ZippaThaRippa
01.18.17 | ugh, cider drinkers |
Piglet
01.18.17 | this list has suddenly tempted me to pick up a bottle of cointreau and swill it with ice and cool mineral water in this dry heat |
BallsToTheWall
01.18.17 | Small, mostly crimeless town, get out late. Uhhh. I'm home now, buzzed and feeling fine so I just gotta put it behind. |
TheSpaceMan

dmp3131
01.18.17 | My roommate and I are warming up to IPAs (not there right now, visiting family back home) but Yuengling is probably my go to beer that's on tap. Unless something else is cheaper haha |

So what do you think for the other 360 days of the year |
ZippaThaRippa
01.18.17 | Imo the Fremont Darkstar BBA is the best bourbon stout. Really gets it all right. Very chewy. |
hal1ax
01.18.17 | uhh when i can't get those 3 i usually cycle between Dogfish Head // Ballast Point // Stone // Rogue // Clown shoes |
Dinosaur
01.18.17 | obviously, all disposable income goes towards drinking the fanciest beer available on all 365 days of the year. |
Dinosaur
01.18.17 | also two hearted |
ZippaThaRippa
01.18.17 | Now that I don't work at a liquor store I can't afford to buy them fancy sours.
On one hand, I am less likely to get throat cancer.
On the other hand, :( |
dmp3131
01.18.17 | If anyone here is from Maine, or a northern state like that and has had Moxie, I suggest mixing it with some rum. Me and a buddy tried that last week and it was damn good. Not really an original thought but still good |
Dinosaur
01.18.17 | sours, barrel-aged stouts, or otherwise fruited whatever is hard to replicate as a homebrewer quality-wise. naturally i gravitate towards these things. |
TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | i really dont like stone or dogfish at < 90 min ):
freedive from coppertail is my fav local IPA now that im in tampa |
TheSpaceMan

Dinosaur
01.18.17 | i've heard good things about the beer scene in florida. too bad you don't like sours, they seem to be trending with a lot of breweries in that area.

hal1ax
01.18.17 | i don't want to pick one at random u fucking dick nose |
TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | yeah man I just did a brewery tour last weekend and one of the free tastings was a sour. bleh. but yeah dude I left New England super anxious cause being in the vermont/CT area i had access to the BEST IPAs but florida is killin it too |
TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | honestly Hal1 its the best way to go. find a huge beer carrier near you and grab two empty six pack slings and fill em up with singles. without a doubt you'll find a bunch of gold |

TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | wish i knew what was out in cali
i love brewery/pubs that brew fucking intense IPAs on the reg. willbrew used to be a favorite hangout of mine. if anyones ever in CT (god knows why youd ever subject yourself to that) def stop by there |
hal1ax
01.18.17 | will do man |
Dinosaur
01.18.17 | I would argue some of the best breweries (IPAs specifically) do little to no distribution, or self distribute. I've experienced this at Tree House brewing and Trillium In MA. some of the best hopforward beers I've had. I would hope this is relevant to your brewery/pubs comment Space. FWIW, there are many like this as well in my hometown (not as good), but still excellent. |
TheSpaceMan
01.18.17 | yeah a lot of em including the one i mentioned just sell out their own brewery as far as i know. you either eat and drink there or buy it in growlers to take home (which is so worth it). but just as many distribute, at the very least locally. maybe i didnt understand your comment though |

And yeah chuck it's a shame alcohol is like the one drug that gives you a belly. Dark and stormy crew let's goo |
