Snide 09.17.16	@Sandwich: Thank you! I like how the designs turned out too. @Band: The problem is that all of my album artwork (bar Void) is too busy to be put on an aesthetically pleasing t-shirt. So I had shirts based off of individual tracks (Eternal, The Motivation, and It Descends)

Snide 09.17.16	@Band: I actually wanted to make a t-shirt with the Distortion World album cover on it, but it ended up just being a bit too busy and all over the place unless it was extended vertically which didn't end up looking natural.
Snide 09.17.16	I've never checked Joy Division before, so I just went to go look at the artwork for that and it's kinda similar. Mine's a lot darker though. Who's Ian?
50iL 09.17.16	Awesome! can't wait to listen. Yesterday, I dreamed that I went to a record store and saw a vinyl of yours. It was like the album's art but with a person in the middle. The art also looked like static and big, bold, red letters that spelled "BLACK MALACHITE" were at the top. I thought how far you had gone since Sput.

zaruyache 09.18.16	i love modern classical piano-heavy bullshit, but the electronics in that song were a little too loud and ended up clashing with the somber melodies. That, and it didn't actually go anywhere; it was just like three different piano sections stapled together with some electronic junk taped on top. Needs moar crescendos. Jam moar Nils Frahm.

Frippertronics 09.18.16	tbh you ought to just stop giving updates every week like one week it's "it's gonna be ambient with metalcore influences, really heavy sounds, etc" and the next it's "I scrapped all this and that, now it's gonna sound like this" it's a surefire way of making something that just feels halfassed dude. i mean, i doubt you intend on it, but instead of giving us nonstop updates, you should seriously focus on writing and recording. perhaps put more time into your project BEFORE making art AND t-shirts?

There was nothing to emotionally grab on to bc the song never worked toward anything that seemed like a clinax. No builds that led to new sections, just casual switches in piano lines. Sure it sounds pretty but what's the point
Snide 09.18.16	@Fripper: My intention was just to give updates on the writing process for the album, just as kind of a fun more personal approach that I've seen a couple other artists do. @Zaru: Damn; I was intentionally trying to (with that song) make the tone shift as a way of continuing the track's story. I guess it didn't come across as planned.
