hal1ax 09.01.16	i feel u on most of that stuff man. here are a few things that have sort of helped me cope- take care of yourself; ie: eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and find some time to exercise. serotonin production is important for mood stability and regulation. try to modify your perception of things. instead of getting angry at things that are either beyond your control or have already happened etc. Try not to blame yourself, because that can be a slippery slope of learned helplessness. remember that your thoughts influence your feelings and your feelings influence your behavior, so modifying your thought patterns can yield good results especially in cases of stress / anxiety / depression / anger. love yourself, all will be well in the cosmos.

I get exercise as much as possible which has not been much over the last four days since I have been basically driving all over creation to get all the various shit I need to do do DONE. I'm not depressed or anything. Yeah it was a bummer to get rejected at school but I got over that in about 5 minutes. It's mostly just smoking white hot rage all the time. Virginia has a lot of fuckin rules man. LOOOOOTTA rules.
