04.25.16 | 2 is a bit more action oriented but it's really great. 3 is even more action oriented but after two games you'd imagine Isaac isn't as terrified as the first time. Easily the worst of the trilogy though. Dead Space Extraction is pretty cool too, even if it's a rail shooter type of game. |

To be honest, I never finished it, but I'm playing through 1 again right now, and I'm excited to actually get to 2 again and finish it this time.
I don't know how far I got into it, probably not even half, but there were so many moments I can still remember. |

04.25.16 | Yes 2 is arguably even better than the first. I just slightly prefer the atmosphere in 1 but if you love one then you'll definitely love the other.
Truth be told I don't remember that much except for some major scenes (like a goddamn huge jumpscare in 2). I wanted to find the time to replay the trilogy for a while, I may really do it after this list tbh. |

04.25.16 | the 1st one is the scariest pleb dude. 2 is more action packed tho its still fun and scary but it lacked the survival horror essence that the original had. so 1 is for overall spooky atmosphere and 2 for blasting ur way through waves of ugly necro babies. |

04.25.16 | 1 went for the more overall horror vibe and 2 was more of a action game with "Boo!" moments every now and then. Personally I like 2 more because they ironed out so many flaws the first had. Then 3 happened. |

04.25.16 | yea 1 edges 2 but both are fantastic games. I can't believe I actually slogged all the way through 3. the story was so bad. also when you shot enemies it had no impact, it just kinda happened and they kept walking forward. pretty shit |

04.25.16 | Only played the first on PS3 and it was pretty good. the only thing I really didnt like it about is was pretty much any time you entered a claustrophobic situation, the game would release aliens on you, and it became really predictable halfway thru.

04.25.16 | I loved 1 so much. I thought the characters were compelling, the story was engrossing(especially the bioshock esque audio logs) and it had decent scares. 2 wasn't as good but I thought Issac having a voice worked so well. 3 was a solid game but was abysmal as a Dead Space game. |
