| Is NEET life any good?
have major doubts I'll pull in a job anytime soon and my college course is teetering in terms of interest and productivity. NEET life gets pretty mixed views from what i've seen on /r9k/ and /adv/ etc. what do you guys think? | 7 | | Jamiroquai Rock Dust Light Star

03.15.15 | It depends, how much money have you saved?
Also if you have the means to not become a neet please do it man, I'm a neet and it's cool for a while but then it becomes a nightmare once you no longer have the money to support your needs/hobbies | Tunaboy45
03.15.15 | It's not a lifestyle I think I'll live (since I have plans for sixth form and possibly further education) but if it suits you and you have the money go for it. | Froot
03.15.15 | Discounting college bursaries and loans to be paid: about £400.
Most of my needs/hobbies can be torrented, so i'm not too bothered about that. | Froot

03.15.15 | i thought neet was a circumstance, not a choice | Froot

03.16.15 | as long as you grind to earn something
it's better than not earning your own means to live | ChoccyPhilly
03.16.15 | Hey, our education system is 'aight... for now.
As for NEET, it's up to you but you're gonna need to find a job at the very least. My sister is living in London on roughly 17 grand a year in a tiny room but she's more happy doing that than wasting away here in Norfolk with mum complaining she's wasting her life (she dropped out) | treeqt.
03.16.15 | if you have a job you're not a neet | ChoccyPhilly
03.16.15 | I know but I was trying to illustrate how it's not entirely feasible in the long run | TalonsOfFire
03.16.15 | It must get boring after a while, I mean that just sounds like a pointless existence unless it's just a transition period, but whatever makes you happy. | NordicMindset
03.16.15 | i've never heard of this term before today but i don't recommend it | MUNGOLOID
03.16.15 | As long as you try to look for a job, it's not bad. | Funeralopolis
03.16.15 | why would you ask a bunch of stupid normies about the /r9k/ life? You should dedicate your time to investing into good boy points instead of money, now get to bed on time and maybe there will be some chicken tendies on the menu for din din tomorrow. |
