SCREAM!
12.28.14 | 1.Why are we comparing prog and metal?
2. Why are we bringing attention to terrible music? |

12.28.14 | I only know 1 and 2, but I guess I'll choose 1... |

12.28.14 | Strange list but I'd have to go with 4.
1 passed me by like a piss in the wind, don't know much about 2 and I couldn't say 3 because even Tom regrets the album. |

12.28.14 | Yo I haven't even bothered to listen to 1,3 and 4 because of what I've heard about them, but Lumpy Gravy is fucking great. Seriously an awesome record. A little less cohesive than his other material at the time but definitely a wildly entertaining oddity. It would probably make it somewhere in my top 15 Zappa albums |

12.28.14 | That being said, I've never listened to the Capitol version....I know he disowned it but is it really that bad/different? |

12.28.14 | It basically lacks the humor of the 1968 version, which I like too. It doesn't deviate all that much from 20th century avant-garde-classical, except that after the first few tracks it gets old rather quick, or at least that's how I and probably Frippertronics sees it. Luckily, it was mercifully short. |

12.28.14 | Yeah, Capitol version is worse. |

12.28.14 | "The way I see it, Barry, this should be a very dynamite show." |
