Eminem Overview

My overview on Eminem's Discography and what i think about it. Enjoy! :D
1Eminem
Infinite

Infinite is unknown to a lot of fans. Never hitting the Mainstream, Infinite was kept
pretty underground with really skilled flows and catchy beats throughout the whole
album. Infinite has a great fresh feel that is awesome.
''3.5/5''
Fav tracks: Open Mic, 313, Infinite, It's Okay, Never 2 Far
2Eminem
The Slim Shady LP

Eminem's debut into the mainstream, this contains a lot of classic material that is
nostalgic and dark. Eminem focuses this record on his drug addiction and his awful
childhood. The lyricism, beats and energy are fantastic. You have to listen to this
album before you die.
''4.5/5''
Fav tracks: Rock Bottom, Role Model, My Name Is, If I Had, 97 Bonnie & Clyde
3Eminem
The Marshall Mathers LP

I don't think Slim will ever top this album. This what Hip Hop should sound like.
Everything is stellar with its fantastic beats and emotional dark comedic lyrics. This
album was so controversial, it caused strikes for its use of drugs and killing. It is such
a classic album, just listen to it and you will know why.
''5/5''
Fav tracks: Who Knew, Kill You, Stan, I'm Back, Marshall Mathers
4Eminem
The Eminem Show

A very enjoyable album that still contains the right flow and songwriting that Slim
delivers really well, it edges more of a pop feel but it has the dark atmosphere such
as in Cleaning Out My Closet. Extremely fun listen that is consistent all the way
through.
''4/5''
Fav tracks: Cleaning Out My Closet, White America, Without Me, Till I Collapse, Sing
For The Moment
5Eminem
Encore

Encore wasn't awful but it seemed really rush and uninspired. The beats were cheesy
and cliche lyrics. It's not terrible but definitely not his best. It does contain some great
songs but other than that, i would skip.
''3/5''
Fav tracks: Like Toy Soldiers, Yellow Brick Road, Evil Deeds, Mockingbird, Never Enough
6Eminem
Relapse

Eminem's comeback to music isn't what i was excepting. i don't hate Relapse but it's so
unoriginal and dull. It's not a terrible album it has some nice aspects about it, that
some songs are really catchy and 3am is one of the darkest songs i ever heard.
''2.5/5''
Fav tracks: 3am, Bagpipes From Baghhad, Medicine Ball, Deja Vu, Same Song and Dance
7Eminem
Recovery

My least favorite Eminem album! It's just so dull and poppy. There is no stellar song
on here, Just disappointing in my opinion.
''2/5''
Fav tracks: Cinderella Man, 25 To Life, Cold Wind Blows, Almost Famous, Space
Bound
8Eminem
The Marshall Mathers LP 2

Eminem's Marshall Mathers LP 2 is finally where he gets back to the form, not every
song is fantastic but it contains variety and some killer flows. I was pleasantly
surprised by the consistency and catchiness of this record that keeps it fun and
fresh.
''3.5/5''
Fav tracks: Bad Guy, Evil Twin, Rap God, Legacy, Survival
