A Profound Hatred of Man
Dry aged prime/brisket cheeseburger from 32 East(Delray Beach, Florida) - a restaurant that
changes their menu almost daily depending on what's fresh at the market, I was released tent to
order a burger from a 5-star restaurant. My reluctance wasn't needed, as this is the best thing I
have ever tasted. 60% dry aged prime beef, 40% prime brisket, smothered in Havarti cheese, a

Triple threat buffalo wings from Bru's Room(all over South Florida) - everything else on this list has
been elegant and fancy, but I'd honestly choose these over anything else. It's simple: they mix their
sweet 'n' tangy, BBQ, and medium sauces with chunky garlic and serve it over wings that were deep

In This Defiance
Ostrich and avocado tostada from Canyons(Fort Lauderdale, FL) - I was surprised to find that
ostrich is more like beef than it is fowl. Cooked medium rare and placed on top of a homemade corn
tortilla shell, then topped with diced tomatoes, red onion, diced avocado, and cotija and fresh
farmers cheeses. Then, to top it all off, they drizzle a fresh avocado crema on top that just sends it
