08.14.14 | I have a pair of Diesel VEKTR headphones that I really like. They kind of focus on mid range
frequencies so if you want bass heavy ones they're not for you, but they have really nice sound
quality, are very comfortable imo, also don't make you look like a nerd. Plus they're currently on
sale for $90 on amazon
edit: just saw that you're looking at sennheiser, so fyi the vektrs are a little below them in sound

08.14.14 | The V-Moda m80s are great for the price (around $100 on amazon). The have somewhat of a nuetral sound signature, with a little emphasis on the low end (not near the bloated level of beats though), are built like a tank, and look cool as fuck. The grado sr80s are also good, but are pretty different. Its sound signature lends itself well to rock/metal, but if you listen to music with more low end like hip hop or different kinds of electronic music they may not be for you. They are also open, so they're not really for outdoor use. Tbh though, you are severly limiting your choices by not considering over-ear. | menawati

08.14.14 | Thanks BSS, ill give those a look. Im not opposed to going a bit cheaper.
Let, ill check these out as well. As you could probably tell by my list, i listen predominantly to metal. Im gunna go try some on and maybe i can convince myself to give over ears a try. | ScuroFantasma
08.14.14 | Sennheiser HD 215s are great, highly reccommended | Sevengill
08.14.14 | Sennheiser is the consensus best brand. I've always wanted a pair. |
