Lame list title aside, this is a list of (mostly) recent/new Black and Death
Metal (and a few Doom Metal) albums that fans of the genre should check
out. Most of these can be found on bandcamp, so I'll provide links to those
that do in the descriptions.
This is an acoustic album from the Melodic Black Metal project Astral Winter. "To
Destroy the Vale of Time" is one of the most beautiful things ever.

Just found this list and bookmarked from the Demilich thread. Love everything here I've already heard and gonna jam the rest.
Only checked 15 so far but I'm loving it. Props for that Slugathor album too. Always thought it was highly underrated
