like i said i'm cutting now and i'm almost shocked at how good i look tbh, i.e., the amount of lean mass i've put on. going to keep a slow cut going until either october / or my strength starts to fall (which hasn't happened at all so far), and then start dem slow clean gains.
lean gains will be the toughest challenge yet but i'll do my research before. will definitely need to monitor things closely especially in the beginning. |

06.06.14 | well to put it into perspective I start 75% of my maxes for 12 or so reps and move up from there. so for bench I'll do a warm up set, then do 2 plates for 12, sometimes 12-15 then go up from there, keeping the reps no lower than 7-8. so I'm not doing 1 or 2 rep maxes, but doing pretty heavy weights with a good amount of reps. or deadlifts I'll go up to 3 and a half plates for 10. so it's above average weight and lots of reps. so I sweat like a mother fuck |
