Some Of My Favorite Moments In Music

Just some parts of songs i get all worked up over.
Cult Fiction

The intense, memorable, and disturbing way track 10 transitions into track 11. There are so many incredible moments in this album, but this just stands out for some reason. The entire fourth act of this album is just indescribable. Perhaps my favorite album of all time.
2The Beach Boys
Pet Sounds

The strings and percussion that come in near the middle of Don't Talk (Put Your Head On My Shoulder). This song just takes me to better world, and the moment i mentioned is breathtaking.
Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest

The way the song March progresses from about 1:10 to 2:45 is just awesome.
4Elliott Smith
Elliott Smith

The chorus is St. Ides Heaven is probably my favorite chorus in any song ever.
5Off Minor
The Heat Death of the Universe

The last bit of Spartan. "In deatththh DIGNITY...", and then the guitar that comes in.
Jane Doe

The ending of Thaw. This moment, for me at least, is very emotional. It feels like the melting point of the album, where all the tension compounded throughout the album just breaks down. This album is like if someone was angrily telling you all about their life problems and struggles and then finally reaching a point where they just break out in tears (ending of Thaw). Sorry if that didn't make sense lol
7 Athiest
Unquestionable Presence

The jazz-fusion type bass line in An Incarnation's Dream that comes in at around 3:00 made my jaw drop.
The Satellite Years

The first 55 seconds of Dead In Magazines will always stand out to me as amazing.
9 Megadeath
Rust In Peace

The guitar solo in Tornado of Souls.

The way the Stockholm Syndrome comes off the hidden monologue part thing after Violence.
