|Sputniks Best Hip-Hop Reviewers |
Personal favorite Sputnik writers for my favorite genre. List is current Hip-Hop digs
FromDaHood: Based off his review for King Remembered In Time, we have the exact same thoughts when it comes to Big K.R.I.T. Oh, and that Chief Keef review was fucking hilarious, auto pos.
Flowers For My Father
Robersona: My main reason for enjoyment out of his reviews is the fact that his scores are normally the polar opposite of what I think of the albums. His reviews for Thank Me Later, Goblin and The Carter III differ from mine so much, that it makes me appreciate the contrast of views.
oltnabrick: Aside from his putrid love for Lil B, his taste is pretty cool. Finding a mix for writing reviews for JJ DOOM and The Dopplegangaz with scores similar to his Trinidad James and Three Six Mafia reviews while actually backing up the ratings is interesting to say the least.
HolidayKirk: While that review for Camp felt like I was having flashbacks of being on Pitchfork, it was on point and straight lol. Writing style tends to be pretty funny while actually informative as well, damn.

The Luca Brasi Story
kingsoby1: Relate-able in terms of taste within the Hip-Hop genre. His love for The Weeknd rivals mine, and writes reviews for Hip-Hop likes its going out of style.
