Shane did what a lot of other people would have done during a real zombie apocalypse by completely losing it. I thought Jon Bernthal did a great job with that character.

His assumption ended up being wrong, but given the situation it was 100% understandable and Rick and Lori handled the situation the wrong way. I think at one point Shane was one of the smartest people in the group, but given the way his situation was handled he ended up going crazy when he met his end.

As most people, I wish the "final battle" would have been more interesting and I agree that Andrea's death was weak. I was very surprised that they killed her off seeing as how she is still alive in the graphic novels (from what I've read up to at least). I just hope that season 4 doesn't turn into season 2 when it all just dragged on and on after every episode. Honestly, no one cares about the old people from Woodbury that they picked up and I hope the writers realize that. If they end up doing a reenactment of a badass scene with Tyreese from the graphic novels then it will make me quite happy.
