some seriously great recs in this thread. i would have went right to nujabes - get all of his stuff. from there, maybe check out some xavier rudd, maybe some of love, zomvies, beach boys.
since you have opeth, i'd reccommend Be'Lakor Stones Reach. It is very atmospheric melodic dm. Has an epic fell you can just get lost in. Plus best album cover ever prob
