Prioritizing Gear

I need quite a few new pieces of equipment/gear so I can further my musical ambitions and writing/recording process. I just don't know what should come first, considering I work on minimum wage its important for me to prioritize my purchases and get things as needed. List is what I need and digs.
1Elitist (USA-CA)
Caves

Option #1: Another guitar, I currently have an Ibanez RG2EX2, and am looking to get another Ibanez, not sure which model but it will be Ibanez. I need a second electric so I have 1 guitar for higher tunings like standard - drop c and then the second for C standard to B standard. Expenses: 400-800
2Sean Hall
Terrestial

Option #2: New pickups for my current guitar, it still has the stock pups and I could use some new ones. If i get new pickups it will either be a DiMarzio Crunch Lab for bridge and DiMarzio Liquifire for neck or a Bareknuckle Aftermath set. Expenses: 140-210
3Rush
A Farewell to Kings

Option #3: Audio interface/amp modeling so I can begin recording via computer. I would get a Line6 UX2 with the latest version of PodFarm and some recording software. Expenses: 200-300
4The Ghost Inside
Get What You Give

Option #4: A new desktop, if I get the UX2 and PodFarm and stuff I can use my parents computer until I get my own but I may just get my own desktop instead. I would either buy a plain jane desktop and upgrade it myself, or build my own. Expenses: no more than 800
5Northlane
Discoveries

Option #5: Get a bass guitar so I can write/play basslines for my songs and to record with. I would get a Ibanez SR500M most likely. Expenses 500-600 for the bass another 100-200 for a small practice amp
