Like...every video I've seen of him is just some cranky old man in a ponytail ranting about things he doesn't like with a lot of profanity. I mean, it's felt more like a lecture meant for the kind of libertarian neckbeard audience who works and guitar stores and likes Bill Hicks (who's awful btw) than actual comedy since I've never actually seen anything really funny come from him. Maybe I've seen all of the wrong videos and standup from him, tho.
