06.16.12 | Yeah, I agree, I'm not saying that they are in fact a mathcore band but they certainly have parts of it. But, their drummer on CoF is really young and it was his first record with the band. I really hope their next album is more complex. |

Clearly the complexity of their music warrants a genre tag that shows how slightly more distinct they are from their cohorts. |

06.16.12 | Children of Fire is much more technical and complex than their older stuff, I agree with your observation for the most part on that album. I still just consider them a technical metalcore band. Into The Moat, Ion Dissonance, The End, and Dillinger are mathcore. |
