I'm not a real pop rock fan...but for some reason We Are The In Crowd is one of my favorite bands!
I heard them live, and they're amazing.
I love For The Win as well, favorite from them.
I also love Never Be What You Want.

Nice, i always like a band willing to do something different and to test themselves. Never Be What You Want is a great tune and i agree standout of this EP

Female-fronted pop-punk is not exactly ground-breaking, nor are dual vocals... But We Are The In Crowd distinguish themselves by utilizing dueling boy-girl singing. The call & response method is effective in conveying the "he said, she said" themes of the band's admittedly one-dimensional break-up lyrics. Musically, the NY quintet are solid, without being innovative & are most effective when they exclude the synths. The result is 'Guaranteed to Disagree'; a consistently fun, energetic & infectious 7 track debut EP that bodes well for this young band's future. Recommended Tracks: Carry Me Home, Lights Out & Never Be What You Want.

I get that Butch Walker-y vibe from this band. I downloaded the EP off of a random You Tube find and have been enjoying the hell out of it for a couple of weeks. Hey, you can't listen to metal all the time :D

Davey your sound-off mini reviews are like one of my favorite parts of this site.

"Will Pugh's (Cartel) lent vocals to the twinkling bridge dwarf Jordan's, almost leading one to want Pugh to sing in place of Jordan throughout the whole album."
Sentence reads awkwardly to me. Just FYI

HOLY SHIT. "Calendar Pages" sounds EXACTLY like Anberlin's "Adelaide"
