I thought I saw your remnants on a tree this year but it turned out to just be a cicada.

The matchbook woman? I think she's disguising poor flavours under a weak facade of aesthetics

probably ceramic, possibly they're those ones that are coated in silicon or whatever up to the edge

idk what you mean by like copper pans but they're really good for most stuff apart from butchery

well i told her i wasn't gonna do it straight up and she got mad and stopped talking

but maybe she'll blubber about it tomorrow on the phone and i'll feel bad

i doubt it though cuz im so much more relaxed now, not sure there's anything that would make me agree to do it again

it conducts heat better but that's not necessarily a good thing

i read some stuff on it ages ago which went into some detail but i can't remember it, the gist of it was that it's theoretically better for small quantities of heat sensitive stuff like emulsified/gelled mixtures like cheese or chocolate or hollandaise or whatever but it doesn't make a big difference for the most part

copper bowls prevent overwhipping of egg whites the same way acid does

well yeah that's what i mean

it conducts heat better so it will come through faster but only (mostly) directly over the burner instead of being spread evenly

Getting to see a piano dropped on her but I doubt she owns one.

A couch would work but it doesnt make that comedic noise when it hits like a piano does.
