here, where?

No never heard...another bbc show of supreme hilarity.

I loved knowing you knowing me...and will be going back to it in a while.
The Knowing Me Knowing Yule ep was hilarious, I watched just before New Years...brilliant time.

I'll look into it now.

i actually came across it when I was searching out the info behind KMKYWAP, I'll have to see if it's available for streaming....otherwise a 60+ episode show will be a long d/l for decent quality.

I'd say check the BBC original miniseries....this is my personal rec...I've never seen either but you might as well go to the source material, it aired in the early 90's, and it being a miniseries would give you the straight-up about the premise. Instead of the long-drawn american series.
:/ my 2 cents

David Fincher is on exec-producers list for American series...that's generally a good sign...but could also be a little over-stylized, like a mid-90's mtv music video.

I've watched 8 episodes of house of cards. I like it. but its slow. although looking at franks wide makes up for it.

RIP -trigger from only fools and horses. must beone of the most unique characters ever. will make the one off episode in march even more poignant. shame.

I got it on Netflix. the original is calls. halfway through the second episode. exact same storyline, more or less. although I would still rather spacey's missus

i've been watching

nbc

the blacklist
revolution

which both come with recommendations

and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

which is a great program which often makes light of using crack

other than that... i watch law and order svu but that show is a lot different than it used to be. it's sort of like watching a different show but with the same characters.

i like The Goldbergs on ABC, but mainly because of Haley Orrantia who is the cute oldest child on the show, and by child, i mean in a loose sense .

other than that and watching news, i spend my time playing my favorite game online and in books.

Bbc is excellent. A lot more talking to the camera. Twists and turns and some what fantastical. Not sure I liked that every time they needed a crisis they shot a couple of IRA fucks. But excellent.

The two versions are about as similar as the two office programs.

The spacey version is slick but slower. Sexier too. 12 episodes in all for the UK version. Up to that in the first season of Spacey's. I wonder what a second season of US will be like. They can only have to many events. Do they plan for Spacey to be president?

It's a pretty creative comedy involving three men and a woman in their late-30s who have quite a variety of experiences. One of the men is pretty damn near retarded yet he thinks he has a deep knowledge of the law that the show has exploited, such as with the recurring Philadelphia lawyer who fucks them up in contracts at times because early on they kept using his services but then would decide not to pay. The show has Danny Devito who plays the dad for Dee and Dennis He carries a gun and that's a gag that the show uses a times. Charlie, the illiterate dumb guy I referred to has for much of the show been pursuing a waitress who has a crush on Dennis. Dennis can't stand her and the waitress can't stand Charlie so that is all sorts of tragedy and comedy rolled into one. Mac is the more taller of the three guys and he at times displays attraction to old women.

Together, they all have their own odd features and an astounding na´vetÚ to believe the claims of nearly anyone. Some of the characters at times have sunk into crack binges and more commonly alcoholism.

One of the more amusing features for me has been the priest (then former priest) on the show and the way he was enticed into sin.

I recommend the show, but then what is a recommendation when everyone has different tastes.

I would certainly recommend it's always sunny

As with many of these shows though it really comes into its own from around season 2 onwards, when Danny Devito turns up. The latest season was arguably its best, it goes from strength to strength. Only problem you may have is tht it can be quite a loud show

trying to finish out house of cards. been too busy this week to get any time. and have been watching too much history stuff, like all about the ancients and things like neolithic camps found under the sea and how advanced they were based on organic material that was preserved underwater whereas most above water finds are just stone tools

i'll check that

man, i just love when something lives up to my expectations. spacey and richardson are so cool. just makes me feel good to have finished them

i can rest now and wait for the next series of american house of cards to finish so i can watch them one binge

once again people are telling to watch game of thrones start to finish. i can't handle things like the wedding scenes (based on what i am told), not after watching sean bean killed in the first season.

isn't telly great?
