Help! Name this song!

This song is from early 00's I believe and it's and indie song. The song is in the background from the mp3 I provided and the show which the song is featured in was in february of 2002 this song came before that so somewhere between 1999-2001?

It's a female voice and she says "eh-yeah, eh-yeah, eh-yeah yeahh!"

Please does anyone know who made this song?

if you have a smartphone, download soundhound, it's free. That should help you.

Well, listening to that there's probably too much noise. Get the app anyway, it's fantastic. I recognize the song, but I can't place it.

Sonofabitch, it worked! I love soundhound even more now. The song is 'Peaceful World' by John Mellencamp

What's the story with you and the song?

Holy Sh*t I FU**ING LOVE YOU!!!! How in the hell did you find this song you beautiful person!!!!!!!!!! ha ha YEAH!!!!!

Well the story is when I was a kid I watched this kid's show called "NBA:Inside Stuff" and they had an all-star game preview show and I recorded it on February 2002 and they always put cool music in the background from artists popular at the time and as soon as I heard this song I fell in love with it and I've been searching for it (to no avail) since then.

And I come on here and I ask it and you find it right away, thank thank thank you so much!!!!! Pat yourself on the back, excellent job!!!

Great forum too, really helpful unlike other ones!!!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

ha ha ha, dont mention it, that was nothing. Well, I can relate to how you feel when you have been looking for it so long, I've tried that before.

Don't be to quick with this forum though, there are some morons here who just would have told you to piss off, but some of us try. *being holy*

Thanks again. But how ironic is it that you joined this forum in June 2001 and the song came out in August 2001.

Yeah I'll try to be careful, but you really were helpful. I just got into alternative rock and I like the Goo Goo Dolls (I just started listening to them).

Cool. Glad I could help
I know their name and that they've been around for long, but not actually their music. Any suggestions?
Did you also ask for help in other forums btw?
