but i mean, there's not really any swedish word which directly corresponds to 'alright' - and there's other words where this is the case too. for example there's not really any good way in swedish to say "make sense", so some people are starting to use this english phrase in swedish convos
is it conjugated in Swedish, or does it stick out like an redhead.

Oh man, double beer bong ruined my evening. May have made a fool of myself by throwing feelings on the line, towards a lass who apparently has a fella. Oops.

I like to think that if they're that close, she'd have brought him to a big old drunken social... one can hope, no?

usually conjugated

in general it's fairly easy to conjugate and mold english words and phrases into swedish form

I am hard to love. I don't make it easy. I am a short fuse. I am a wrecking ball. The way I crash into your heart like I do.

I can't really criticise too much due to me doing some crazy eating thing that's not been totally proved to work in huge samples of people yet.

alternate day fasting.

there is a lot of evidence it can reduce age-related diseases and increase cognitive activity, but there need to be more case-control or cohort studies carried out with larger sample sizes and significant results published for it to be taken seriously though. there have been studies that reject all these claims though, so it's all a bit hairy at the moment.

Yeah I saw the Horizon episode too ha. I love horizon though. I always watch it. The other one with Michael Mosely on exercise was equally great in the way that sprinting for 20 seconds, 3 times a session, 3 times a week, is a good amount of exercise to lower glycerol fat and blood pressure (?) levels.

Yeah I am enjoying it at the moment. Would prefer to just swim more though, but now I can do both it's perfect.

I'll look that up. It's just for people who hate the gym, they can just sprint a bit and they'll be alright.

In my experience people who hate the gym also hate sprinting. Going flat out for 20 seconds is surprisingly hard as well
