i was supposed to go see liars on the 16th with my now ex gf. dunno if ill still get too because she bought the tickets and the deal was that she would get the tix and i would get gas (its a 4 hour drive one way). gonna be pissed if i don't. when i saw them before they were top 5 best live shows ive ever seen.

what have you listened to? They've got (Strange Songs)In the Dark and Children of Desire, and that's what I've listened to. They also have a demo and another obscure release that I haven't heard, but I think it's more rock stuff. My roommate was fucking obsessed with this one track from their demo that sounds nothing like they sound now, but it has a pretty solid riff (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yi9T3Rmfe1w)

Yeah season 3 of the League was pretty whack. Shit sort of just got too bro-y and I really can't stand Nick Kroll. When they improv/trash talk it's great, but when they try to inject plot points into it, they're usually really poorly executed.

Have I seen Party Down?
