You did something very recently that seems to have fixed the inflated comment counts in user profiles; they are all now correct. Keep up the good work

There have been a lot of bots posting in the forum. I have to clean out "Forum Stuff" several times a day.

Can you provide me with a sample username so I can see where they're registering?

One bug i just noticed is that my digging preference appears randomly while i comment.

In meaning that in one comment my digging preference is properly printed therein, while in the next one it is missing.

Example:

http://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/47892/Therapy-A-Brief-Crack-of-Light/#lastpost

On another note, whenever my digging preference appears while i comment, sometimes is doubly printed, but not always.

PS: The bug with the album edits that won't drive me back to the band page persists.

That's not a bug, it has always been like that - in fact, if you look at your example you'll see the same thing happens to other users with more than one comment on that page. Your dig appears in your first comment of a page, it doesn't re-appear afterwards until the next page

Even it was a bug it makes no sense to have it repeat.

I always had the impression that the digging preference was printed on every comment...

Oh i didn't know this was the case, thanks Dev for pointing it out.

Not sure if this has been addressed but bands with "[]" such as "Death [Punk]" and "The Heads [UK]," when searched, give a bad url and aren't available. To my knowledge this only happened after the server switch.

No.

It has always been this way. If you are trying to find an album containing anything other than numbers and letters, the best way is to use an incomplete term. ie. "The Head". The resulting list will show you all the closest matches from which you can pick (I don't mean the real-time drop down list, I mean the actual list that results from you pressing "search". Unfortunately, anything with "The" in it will show... but I'm sure you know how to use Ctrl+F. Alternatively, looking up just "Heads" gives you a shorter list. It's pretty easy either way.

I seem to recall selecting Death from the dropdown list and being directed to the page with no issues, but thanks for the clarification. And I knew about the search suggested results but thought it more convenient to just type it in, thanks anyways though.

It's some weird bug that happened with either the server upgrade, vBulletin upgrade, or both. It may also have to do with what usergroup a user belongs to, although I can't confirm that.

No it existed and before the server switch.

I go to the band's page and turn the brackets into parentheses, which are acknowledged by the site's search engine.

@ mx

A kind reminder for another site/server bug that readily persists.

Whenever I'm concluding an album edit, the following error message appears:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/html/sputnik/headernew.php:322) in /var/www/html/sputnik/editalbum.php on line 70

In order to go back to the band page, I have to re-type the band's name to the search engine, which isn't all too big of a drag but still...

Thanks in advance.

Well I mean I know it's sort annoying that it doesn't default back to the edit screen, but I always use the vast advantages of tabbed browsing, that way the edit page never goes away and probably requires less effort. I mean surely you already do this.....?
