Okay screw it, we're in need of a deathcore thread, so mappy and his friends can stop posting in the death metal thread.

DBlitz, tell me what deathcore is LOL

a band that plays "death metal" and mixes it with more-prominent hardcore influence than your standard DM act¹. also incorporates bland riffs, gay breakdowns, chugs, brees, etc.

And since some people are too stupid to get the difference:

Entombed has as many hardcore parts as any of these bands stop whining. It's all death metal.

Maybe their first album, but their new **** has way too much DM influence to be metalcore.

Well the only proper hardcore part I've heard in any DMIR song really is the part after Matt goes 'No ****ing remorse" in Better Noire.

But the old stuff has mad post-hardcore influence.
