I always thought meme had a basis in the french word for 'same', given how it's basically a repetition of the same not funny jokes over and over again.

someone make a rage picture with the first 3 frames is some guy (me) sitting in traffic, content, listening to music. then in the 4th picture the rage face. that happens when i sit in traffic.
