Question Albums/Bands for Tool fans?

If you like Tool, tell me your favourite albums/bands. The albums/bands don't have to sound like Tool. I'm just interested in what my fellow Tool fans are listening to.

My favourites:

Alter Bridge, Amplifier, Anathema, A Perfect Circle, Brand New, Chevelle, Cire, Clutch, Karnivool, Muse, Opeth, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Queens Of The Stone Age, Radiohead, Rush, Steven Wilson, System Of A Down, The Mayan Factor, The Pineapple Thief, The Who, Tool

Don't ever tell a Rishloo fan that the group sounds like Tool, but I strongly recommend them.

Effigy - Black Is Now The Sun.

It's very irritating when sites like last.fm and ones alike list Rishloo as a band similar to Tool. Not even close. Not even in the same galaxy. The only band I've found that sounds even remotely close to Tool is Effigy. I bought their download for $20. The minimum was $5 but I like them so I gave a little more to support them.

Isis, Cave-In (specifically Jupiter album), there aren't very many bands like Tool...for better or for worse.

^CCM band. Oddly I've never really gotten into those bands, maybe images of Creed kept me away.

You wouldn't know it by listening to the lyrics. They were pretty much shunned by the Christian music scene. Which was fine with them. The Christian music scene is a joke anyways. They were more like Christians in a band. Kind of like the Fray or U2.

There are apparently loads of good bands...record execs seem to have a soft spot for christian musicians and lavish them with great studio production. Or it could be that the christian demographic has serious lasting power, and christian albums will always turn a profit.
