Very nice. I've been wanting to get an old tele plus and fit it with some Lace Sensors and a cut off switch.

Details on the project? May come in handy for me

2 piece mahogany blank
aluminum scratchplate and back plate (handmade)

artec tele and humbucker (tapped), kent armstrong strat pickups - kill switch for each. cheap option but sound as good as any others ive used

kent armstrong bridge and tuners

polyurethane varnish

body profiled top and bottom on the back because the wood was so thick, but i didnt fancy planing it all down

neck was bought premade with a blank headstock, the shape wasnt my choice, I left that up to the guy i made it for, its odd, but i like it.

final price £285

its based on my modded squier tele

Your modded tele looks so much better. But I do like the individual switches for each pickup, and the countours are a nice touch.

I really love the lump of wood you've used for the body, it's a really nice finish.

Not keen on the headstock though, but I appreciate that you didn't want to just make a Tele'.

But yeah, nice.
