the verification thingie (cAsE sEns InFo PlS)
please put a caption under the user verification stupid jumble number letter thingamabob to say if it's case sensitive or not.
many sites do this. it's not a big ask. it's hard enough deciphering the stupid characters as it is let alone having to start all over again 'cause the system did a poo on your head for getting the case wrong. i'm very cross  <-- look! this is my cross face. well okay ... i'm only mildly cross but there's still crossness in there. |

Type the string in lowercase all the time. It only seems to make a difference if the whole string is typed in uppercase, or where a lowercase character in the CAPTCHA image is typed in uppercase.
