no refined sugars/carbs, calorie decifit, sit ups, when you know you gotta take your shirt off dont eat/drink(except water) ANYTHING 12 hours prior.

sorry guys pasto is right if you try really hard stick to a good program and most important follow a good diet someday you will look in the mirror and shock yourself to find you have slowly become kenyan


so excited to go to the fuckin gym today tho guys ate so much turkey this weeekend i definitely gained a new muscle

my diet right now is super slow bulk i've just added a couple handfuls of peanuts and a late night protein shake to the maintenance diet i was on plus the odd carb snack, haven't checked my weight but my lifts are going up again

that's pretty decent then

my chest is my weakest but i'm focusing on it more and it seems to be working

my squats and deads are sickkk tho, my legs are just bigger naturally

if i were worried about pure aesthetics it would prob benefit me to do a couple months with a big upper body focus but fuck that

I do 1 heavy chest workout and 1 lighter chest workout a week. I skip leg day everyday. I really need to work on my legs/calves, they are embarrassing.
