update:

after my swim i had a bit of a break as you could imagine. but back on solely doing weightlifting for the last month or so.

today:

5/5/3/4/5 70kg squat
5x5 oh press
1x5 100kg dealift

current bw 64kg

have olympic lift goals too. have front squat; and doubles and singles of snatch and clean and jerk respectively in some sessions. looking forward to being able to do those!!

takes so much effort and food though!! definitely not eating enough.

good stuff laur <3 I've been back bulking for about a month and it's been glorious, all numbers are up and I've been doing more core work than ever which is helping my form in all other areas it seems

lots of food indeed but eating like a king is the best part, after that 16 week cut i have a new appreciation for gluttony

I'm not an expert but i used to play football and track back in high school and i did one spring semester of football at East Texas Baptist University. I own a weight set in my garage with dumbbells, a bench set, a squat set, and some other stuff and i spend like two hours in there a day. i also take a lot of protein supplements to help me get big and strong. i want to be really jacked so my old jackass friends will stop messing with me. i've gained a lot of muscle mass lately and i want to keep getting stronger and stronger so bullies won't pick on me once i go back to college.

I like to watch some youtube fitness people on youtube like Tiger Fitness and Six Pack Short Cuts because they really help me out! One day I will look like Mike Chang. I also am on a paleo diet, which means i only eat things cavemen ate, because have you noticed how all cavemen are jacked and ripped? they didnt eat any fruit or veggies because fruit had sugar. i only ever eat meat and it is really helping me out.

This is me in my homemade gym. My squat max is at 320 and my bench max is at 225, so i think i have improved a ton.

Nice setup, speaking of home gyms, I bought powerblocks, adjustable dumbbell set that goes up to 125 lbs each. I fucking love these things. Recommend the hell out of them.

No, don't because then you will get really big and muscular and then you will lose the soft and delicate comeliness to your person. Of course you should be strong, so strong as to kill anyone that crosses your realm, but this doesn't require adding muscle.

same front squst
3x6 45kg back squat
1x4 front squat

not enough fuel i imagine cos legs soooo tired
maybe just out of practice but yeah

when i move i will get back on proper sessions
