honestly cutting is so much easier than bulking i dont see why anyone who has spent time building any sufficient mass would have trouble

think about what your diet was like before. eliminate some crap. ~500 cals

the fact he's finding it hard is yeah he's prob just cutting too fast or eliminating too much carbs

i'll be spending my days swimming in the sea for a week in a week laur can't wait
