my energy levels are low as hell right now but still managed a 2 hr lifting session saturday followed by a 2 hr hike

slept for 10 hrs after though

my softball doesnt start for 4 weeks

awesome dude. last time i did weights i was absolutely ravenous for about 3 days afterwards. not sure what that's about.
my sleep has been atrocious recently, hoping to repair it this week.

I had a running injury in my right thigh a while ago that prevented me from running for almost a month. Reckon years of doing nothing but sitting on me arse have left me with muscle lenght imbalances that predispose to injury.

Sitting apparently tightens the hams and hip abductors and weakens the glutes, this causes anterior pelvic tilt which might result in overall bad posture and retarded appearance. It also makes your bulge seem smaller.

Some physiotherapists think it's a good idea to do lunges across the office every half hour for metabolic and mobility reasons

Bought one of those gps clocks that have an accelerometer and hr monitoring in order to track activity, sleep patterns and such. The software is a bit sketchy but the data seems pretty accurate. I'm trying to match screen time with physical activity but no success so far.

down about 15lbs on this cut now, leanest ive been since i was into running years ago (was about 25 lbs of lean mass lighter then tho)

So I'm 6'2 - 6'3, I weight about 170 pounds, and I'm in relatively decent shape although I want something I can do that can help me tone my stomach so that it's not just there and so it has actual definition. Any help?

next time you bulk do some core at the end of every session, contrary to popular belief you need to build that area just like any other

I'm 6'3 and 200 pounds. I want to cut but it's nearly impossible without additional cardio. Knee isn't getting much better
