Ya it's fine hnd I'd either rest after doing the three days in a row everytime which would mean different days every week but I don't think there's enough rest there imo

I may strip it back a bit but If I go P/P/L/P/P/L/R that's 1 upper body rest day after each leg day. It's gonna be a lot of volume but I think after 1 year of solid SL I can hopefully handle it. The tough part will be counting calories and making sure I hit my macro and all that shit.

Aesthetics is all about being appealing. Being short isn't appealing (for reasons you'd prob best understand), hence you can neva be truly aesthetic cause you right away lose major points for being the height of an under grown male. This is partly why models have to be a certain height, cause no one would want to see a 5'8 guy walk down a run way shirtless, it's just uncomfortable.

But Pashortius I'm not saying you can't look good in the mirror or in front of those 5/10 girls you woo but you will neva be truly aesthetic. Hence why it seems you, and most lil guys, aim for strength gains.

i posted a shirtless pic on here when i was away on vaca in feb so ya

and i was sick with the stomach flu just before that trip + was about 5 days into all inclusive drinking so i looked like shit

at some point you obviously get diminishing returns from volume so i just don't see the point

not to mention the mental fatigue that would accompany 6 rigorous lifting routines a week

just not my thing

to be honest that sort of routine would be better for people on gear as they recover much quicker

but i mean go for it if you want

and yeah you'll have to monitor your calories closely the first month or so because the added calorie burn is going to change your tdee quite a bit, and you're going to need the energy to get through it all

also fuck stimulants

nice score. last time i did bleep test i was 15 and i got 7.9 or something

yeah i am pleased with it cos my last record was 28:32 and i am also jack shit at running. gotta start somewhere! whenever i played football i played on the wing cos i am a fast sprinter! my overall running fitness was never good. i am definitely the 'fittest' i have ever been atm.
