i've lost about 10 lbs during my cut now and literally no strength lost, in fact very moderate gains

anticipating some losses as i keep going though, but i'm committed to it

If I was embarrassed by my stats I wouldn't have shared them or I'd e-stat them.

I can't do 1plate 5x5 standing military press. Really wish I could but I have to go 42.5 pounds on each side. I don't aim to set a 1 rep pr on OHP cause it's really just an accessory to bench press.

It is an accessory to bench, shorty. Just like incline db press is an accessory to bench.

It's odd cause ohp is a main lift (when done standing) but your ohp lifts will always be dependant on how much you bench. So while it's a main lift, it's still classified as an accessory to bench.

Class is out, kids, rememba to eat your vegetables kids so you don't end up a midget like Patorius.

nah ohp derives primary energy output from the delts, not the pecs, is the difference

with proper form

yeah they're both upper body but i wouldn't call it an accessory

are dl's accessorys to squats you use your legs

i say no

I just reiterate what I hear/read from people more knowledgeable than me. Your max ohp is dependant on you max bench - that is fact. Your squat is not dependant on your dl but of course the lifts work in unison, just not as much as bench and ohp.

I'll maybe post a pic this summer. My abs are just looking incredible.

This'll be my first week of doing fitness 6 times a week (3 days lifting/3 days swimming) so I'm hoping I can shed a lil more bf.
