Tab Request. PLEASE help! Bob Dylan, I Can't Leave.....

Theres this song that Bob Dylan never finished.. I want to cover it but I cant figure out how to play it. It's called I Can't Leave Her Behind.

I found one tab for it, but I dont think its right. It says that Bob is capo'd a 5th fret in Drop C. But I dont know if the drop C part is right. Im most interested in the part from 59 seconds in til the end. If any of you can help, I'd be greatful!
