Tbqh I don't think that's necessary.

Warmoth and Carvin both seem to be the most popular, then of course there's custom shops at companies like Jackson and such.

In my opinion, finding a local luthier is the best idea. You can really get what you want when you find such a person, because you can talk one-on-one and get a real personalized guitar. You could even go to mimf.com and just started asking random luthiers on the forum!
