Mission: Impossible 3

I'm going to see this movie today, along with An American Haunting.

Has anybody seen it yet?
I think it looks like it's gonna be the best of the three.
Discuss.

I'd quite like to see it, but my opinion of Tom Cruise has dropped recently.

Now I think he's dumb.

As has mine, but he's still a decent actor.

Oh, I'll still see it. But I won't just see a decent actor. I'll see a decent actor who joined a gimmicky religion to get attention.

Deffinently the worst of the three.

Action was good. Everything else was mediocre or bad. The plot was virtually non existant.

Go in expecting nothing but mindless action and you'll like it.

This movie was excellent. I wouldn't say it was the best of the three but it was definately a great movie. I'll probably pick up the DVD when it comes out.

Mindless action is always enjoyable, so I'll probably enjoy it.

But I'm going with my girlfriend tonight, so waching the movie won't be my first priority.

And besides, who can't help but smile when that theme song starts playing and Tom Cruise starts doing some impossible stunt?

You will be very disappointed. I can honestly say that Silent Hill was the worst big budget movie I have ever seen. Sure some of the environments in the movie were cool, but it was such a let down for me.

As for MI:III I don't think I'll be seeing it in theaters. I didn't like the second one that much so I'll probably wait and rent it.

The movie was the best out of the three, the plot was actually pretty interesting and it made some sence through the barrage of action. Don't listen to all the naysayers *Reiner*

I really liked the first Mission Impossible because it made you think a lot more. It was a bit hard to follow the first time through, however.

MI:2 I liked as well but it departed from the first one a lot. It was less espionage, more action, but it was still pretty awesome, and I loved the score to the movie.

I need to see MI:3 now.

As a person it seems Tom Cruise is a weiner nowadays, but you can't deny his acting ability. I love his older movies.

This movie was excellent, but so incredibly unbelieveable, even for a MI movie. They left a few parts of the plot unanswered, which was gay. And...

SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom Cruise's heart stops and he is revived with CPR. That is physically impossible as far as I know.

Still a decent action movie though. I enjoyed it

ARE YOU RETARDED! The plot was horrible. It seems like what they did was come up with 4 different plot ideas, start them then completely jump to the next idea without any sort of conclusions. You must have been one of the stupid people who didn't Get MI:1.

So I went and saw it tonight.
It was awesome.
I don't know, though. I'm stuck between it and 2. 2 was a very good movie, but this one was right up there, IMO.
First one is my least favorite, but still a great movie.
Just an all around awesome series.
I wonder if they'll make more.

This movie was so weak. The first one remains the best for plot, suspense, and wit.

For mindless action, it's pretty good.

But the best part of the movie was the Pirates preview.
Overall I'd give it a 6.5/10. The action was above average, but there were a few silly lines that I couldn't help but laugh at.

Example: when Tom Cruise got on the top of the wall of the Vatican the camera does a super close up and he says "humpty dumpty sat on a wall". It was so corny and lots of people in the theater laughed.

Haha yeah why did he even say that? It had nothing to do with anything.

I also didn't like it when he fell from like a billion feet he was greatly hurt for about a little while, and then was just fine a few minutes afterwards. It's things like that in movies that bother me.

I refuse to see it. Even if it has Philip Seymour Hoffman (I cried a little inside when I found out he was in it. )

It's pretty much what I despise about movies. Big crap summer blockbusters that are all bang and very little acting (unless you count dangling on a wire in front of a green screen acting.)

Nope. I'll pass. And then pass again. And again.
