Bagpipers

I'm a bass player thinking of picking up the bagpipes. Does anyone know where I can buy a practice Chanter? How much do they run for? And are there any specific brands I want to look for? Thanks!

yeah id love to learn the Uilleann Bagpipes. dont know if i could help you there but are you looking for instrumental groups or modern style bands
