Post all the instruments you own

I have many interesting insruments in my house outside of just guitar, bass... and I thought "what better place to post these than the other instruments forum?"

Here are my two basses. A 1960's gibson, and an Ibanez:

My Electric:

Dad's acousitc guitar (my brother has an acoustic too, but I don't have a picture):

Dad's electric bass:

Upright bass:

Drumset (it's a combination of a good and bad drumset):

Piano:

Keyboard:

Ukeleles:

Banjo:

Cello:

Balakaika:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/instruments/balalaika.jpg

Other instruments:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/instruments/Godknowswhat.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/instruments/chimalong.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/instruments/bongos.jpg

We also have a miniature piano, and some other insignificant little instruments (thumb piano, jaw harp...) that I don't have pictures of.

I know there's other people on this site (like joshmay) that have lots of instruments.

Whoa TS, my friend has a basic 3 string version of that balakakia. I've never actually seen another similar thing to it. I have a couple basses, and my dad has a random dijeridoo in my basement that he made. I also have a tenor sax and clarinet. Nothing special.

Yeah I can--not especially well, but I'm pretty comfortable sightreading music with it or improvising.

It's such an amazing instrument. Real snakeskin, real horsehair... It's also very light and SO portable. It's great not to have to bring an amp along or lug a 50 pound keyboard.

The downside is that it's a pretty sensitive instrument. If you start to tense up when you're playing, you can audibly hear it in your tone. Also the intonation is a really big issue, even more than on a violin, because a violin has a fingerboard--an Erhu doesn't have a fingerboard, so the harder you "fret" the strings the higher the pitch gets. Also you have to learn to bow both outwards and inwards because the bow is between the two strings.

Anyways, it's so fun to practice though. Time passes so fast when you're playing an Erhu.

I own two trombones, one is a Yamaha, the other is a Benge, and it happens to be a rotary trombone (one with a valve). I also own a keyboard, made by Yamaha, and two bass guitars, one is a Fender Jazz, the other an Ibanez Roadstar II.
