Melodicas!!!

Hey I've discovered an awesome instrument called a Melodica... it's wicked! It's kinda half way between an Accordian and a Mouth Organ. Pretty cool.
They're great for Klezmer and Tangos and all that Eastern Eurpoean stuff.

I mean, life just gets a whole lot better when you can carry a piano around with you.

i had a hohner, until it exploded with my car.

really fun, i loved playing it. wasn't proficient on the small keyboard or anything, but i liked it for backing chords and things the way a squeezebox would work in folk music or whatever

I have one. It's got a really melancholy sound in my opinion.

Tuning one is a pain... you have to file the reeds. I went in the back, saw the size of the reeds and just said to myself "Nope..." and screwed it back together.
