Bebop is a highly improvisational music style. Typically, the musicians play a written head and then improvise solos around the harmony of that melody. Real books are sold which have many well known jazz tune melodies, and range in style from bebop to latin. An alternative would be to buy a transcription book of a well known bebop pianist, like Thelonious Monk.
