Who has the best scene? (out of us MX'ers)

This is something new im brainstorming. Simply post your city and 5 links of your favorite and/or most popular local bands (preferrably Myspace or Purevolume). Bands must be within the punk or ska genre. I'll post another thread after we finish this one so we can vote...But for me its..

Actually I think Koffin Kats are a Detroit band.

Our scene is non existent. The only good band is Monkey Jacket and then an okay band called Chinese Happy. Oh, Bear Vs Shark are from Michigan aren't they? We win.

Wait: we also have a band called 9miles2go except they're really bad.

I don't get it when people say they ahve no scene.

Book some good bands out there, start your own band, get your scene to grow.

There is one street-punk band from my town.

But, CT is literally a jump away from New York, and know many more local CT bands such as

Pistol Whipped Bastards, Rat Byte, and Copyright Chaos.
